{"id":303,"date":"2011-11-15T23:23:49","date_gmt":"2011-11-15T23:23:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.reneebondi.com\/?p=303"},"modified":"2015-04-16T00:43:28","modified_gmt":"2015-04-16T00:43:28","slug":"how-mercies-in-disguise-cd-came-about","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.reneebondi.com\/blog\/how-mercies-in-disguise-cd-came-about\/","title":{"rendered":"How &#8220;Mercies in Disguise&#8221; CD came about&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">God is sovereign.\u00a0\u00a0God is almighty.\u00a0\u00a0God is intimate.\u00a0\u00a0His mercy penetrates deep into my core.\u00a0\u00a0Always enamored by His creation \u2013 ocean, stars, sunsets, sunrises, flowers, twinkling eyes, warm smiles \u2013 this CD began as a desire to point the listener to God&#8217;s unbelievable architecture.\u00a0\u00a0As the work continued, the word &#8220;mercy&#8221; kept appearing in various songs.\u00a0\u00a0It stopped me in my tracks every time.\u00a0\u00a0How can Our Lord who created this outrageously beautiful universe care about me so intimately that He would give eternal compassion to this sinner?\u00a0\u00a0It blows my mind.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">I have learned a lot about God&#8217;s tenderness during these years of being in a wheelchair.\u00a0\u00a0As you listen to my new music (For clips go to https:\/\/www.reneebondi.com\/shop\/mercies-in-disguise\/) I hope you\u2019ll be enveloped by His mercy.\u00a0\u00a0It&#8217;s there, it just\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">may be disguised by something you never imagined.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">P.S.
